MY LIFE STORY CONTINUES!!

well...life continues whether i want it to or not...lol! i chose, after the attorney who works w/disability cases called me, to wait on the hearing part...since i don't have all my testing done at the orthopedic doc or the MH counselors yet...when these tests and evaluations are in, and i've visited with the docs more about the pain, etc, then there will be more "legs to stand on," for lack of a better cliche to use...at least now, I can request another hearing in 6 months, whereas the judges decision would've been final, and would make it difficult or impossible to continue later....as it is, I am starting medical transcription classes on 9/15, with the help of voc. rehab, and will beable to persue SOME sort of work...but won't be much...instead of "days of our lives," or "the young and the restless," its "a day in my life," and "the not so young and relentless!" hahahha!

Howdy, Friends!

I am finally writing and updating my life, after feeling stagnant for so long! I have decided to take Adult Ed courses to be certified as a Medical Transcriptionist, and Voc Rehab will be assisting me financially. I can't wait, since this type of work can be done from home, and I can take as much or as little work as I like...it will help me beable to finance my "Moms Muffins and More..." business as well, which is also an at home business...YAY! I am finally getting somewhere with my life! Now to just take it one day at a time!

My Favorite Hangout: The Building w/the Most Stories!

For the past several weeks, I have absolutely and thoroughly loved getting back into the reading habit! The Library is now my second home, because I can also use the computer, as well as the subject catalogue via computer to make a book list! I have read 6 books in as many weeks, and pplan on many more to come!
